All regulator parts must be clean before assembly, and the rubbing surfaces must be lubricated with engine oil
The presence of traces of corrosion and dirt on the surface of the parts and wiping them with a wiping material is not allowed.
ZIL-5301 Clutch Release Drive
ZIL vehicles and buses use a hydraulic clutch drive with a pneumatic booster.
As a rule, the pneumatic-hydraulic booster (PGU) is disassembled for repair in the following cases:

The design of the liquid pump is shown in the figure.
The liquid pump body as an assembly must be tested with water under a pressure of 0.2±0.01 MPa for 2 min. In this case, no leaks or drops are allowed.
Reinforced version of the ZIL-5301 clutch
Since April 2001, a reinforced version of the clutch has been installed on vehicles.
The damper part of the driven disk has been reinforced: the damper springs are vulcanized with rubber and look like a rubber cylinder
