Removing the fan belt
Loosen the belt tension (not shown in the photo), to do this, loosen the tightening of nut 1 and adjusting bolt 2 and turn bracket 3 with tension roller 4 to the engine cylinder block
The idle speed controller serves to maintain the set idle speed of the engine unchanged when it is started, warmed up and load changes caused by the inclusion of auxiliary equipment
Preparing the car for the task
Loosen bolt 1 by two to three turns.
The Gazelle car heater consists of a plastic casing in which a radiator, two fans mounted on the electric motor shaft, upper, central and lower dampers and a control panel with three levers and switches are installed
Replace the throttle cable if it is stuck or broken
The engine must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt before disassembly
The brake caliper is replaced when the parts are significantly worn
If the bracket cylinder jams (significant corrosion of the metal piston of the cylinder appears)
