Elimination method
The clutch does not disengage completely (the clutch “drives”):
UAZ vehicles are equipped with three types of mechanical three-shaft gearboxes:
Axles with final drives (Fig. 1 and 2) are installed as a complete set (front and rear) on modifications of vehicles of the UAZ-31512 family with simultaneous replacement of the rear propeller shaft
Adjust the bearings carefully.
If the bearings are loosely tightened during movement, impacts occur that destroy the bearings.
To remove the clutch discs, perform operations 1 to 5 of the section "Replacing the release bearing of the UAZ-3151"
Repair of connecting rods comes down to replacing the upper head bushing and then processing it to fit a piston pin of a nominal size or to processing the bushing available in the connecting rod for a repair-size pin
