Elimination method
The clutch does not disengage completely (the clutch “drives”):
Maximum permissible wear of the main associated engine parts
The car's suspension consists of four longitudinal semi-elliptical springs working in conjunction with double-acting hydraulic telescopic shock absorbers
The gas distribution mechanism requires periodic adjustment of the gaps between the rocker arms and valves, which should be performed on a cold engine after a mileage of 16,000 km
The technical condition of the engine is determined by fuel consumption, engine power, oil pressure, cylinder compression, engine noise and exhaust smoke
Removing and installing the engine on vehicles of the UAZ-31512 family
Before removing the engine from a vehicle mounted on an inspection ditch, do the following:
Maintenance of the fuel filter-sump
Periodically drain the dirt and water through the drain hole (Fig. 1)
