Adjusting the central gearbox

Adjust with the gearbox removed in the following sequence:

Let's consider assembling a diesel engine in a certain sequence, taking into account that our parts and assemblies are previously pre-assembled and tested

Disassembly of the cylinder head (guided by Fig. 1)

  • 1. Unscrew the nuts (311442) securing the fuel supply fittings to the injectors

Removing the fan drive (see Fig. 1)

Remove the front harness bracket (2) (650.3724142) by unscrewing the fastening bolt and nut

Removing the power cylinder from the vehicle

Removal order;

- disconnect the hoses, after draining the oil from the tank;
