The transverse angle of the king pin of 5˚, as well as the camber angle of the wheels of 1˚, are ensured by the manufacture of parts of the front axle. These angles are not adjustable.
Removing accessory drive belts and tensioners
In order to remove the alternator, fan and A/C compressor belts, do the following (see Fig. 1):
Assemble the piston cooling nozzle (650.1004118) with gasket (650.1004121).
Install the nozzle, screw on the screws (310107) and tighten Mcr = 20 ± 4 Nm (see Fig.1)
The location of the gears of the drive mechanisms of the engine, subject to restoration or replacement in the process of repairing the engine, is shown in fig. 1
Structurally, cardan transmissions of all vehicle modifications are made according to a single scheme and differ only in the number of cardan shafts and their length
The central gearbox of the rear axle, after being removed from the car for repair, is disassembled on a workbench 500-600 mm high in the following sequence:
Remove the cylinder head cover (650.1003256 - assembled).
Release the injector harness from the bracket brackets
