Inspect, check and lubricate the driveline

First of all, inspect the driveshafts and forks - cracks, dents or other deformations are unacceptable.

Hinges are used to open the cabin door and hold it in a vertical position, and a roller-type door stop is used to limit the opening angle and fix (hold) the door in the open position

The general view and cross-section of the engines are shown in the figures.

The engines are in-line four-cylinder, equipped with carburetors and a contactless ignition system.

To reduce the force applied to the brake pedal, a two-chamber vacuum booster is installed between it and the main brake cylinder, triggered by vacuum in the engine intake pipe

Disassembling the gearbox synchronizer

Check for the presence of aligned marks on the hub and sliding clutch of the synchronizer and, if not, mark them.
