Radiator - tubular-tape, with side plastic tanks

The tanks are connected to the radiator frame through a rubber sealing gasket by crimping the support plate onto the flange of the plastic tanks

Remove the heater valve if a coolant leak appears

We remove the electric pump of the additional heater to access the tap during replacement, and if the pump itself malfunctions

Before you begin troubleshooting any electrical circuit, carefully study the corresponding diagram in order to understand its functionality as clearly as possible

Inspect, check and lubricate the driveline

First of all, inspect the driveshafts and forks - cracks, dents or other deformations are unacceptable.

The main brake cylinder, with two sequential pistons 10 and 17 and a two-section reservoir 4 with sensor 6 for an emergency brake fluid level drop indicator, is attached to the cover of the vacuum booster

The piston of the 1st cylinder is set to the top dead center (TDC) position of the compression stroke so that when carrying out work related to removing the timing chains, the valve timing is not disturbed
