Disassembly and assembly of the intermediate shaft of the GAZ-3110 gearbox

Press ball bearings 1 and, if necessary, pressed-on gear rings from the intermediate shaft

If an oil leak through the oil pan gasket cannot be eliminated by tightening its mounting bolts, it means that the gasket is severely deformed and must be replaced

Low idle speed:

• - Engine idle speed adjustment is incorrect (See Adjusting the K-151 carburetor of the GAZ-3110 car) Adjust the idle speed

Cars are equipped with a five-speed gearbox. Weight (without refueling) - 32 kg

The power supply system consists of a fuel tank, fuel lines, a fuel pump, a sump filter, a fine fuel filter, a carburetor with throttle and air damper drives, and an air filter.

Place a container for used oil under the engine crankcase.

Unscrew the plug and drain the oil from the crankcase
