The rear suspension of the car is semi-independent, made on an elastic beam with trailing arms, coil springs and double-acting telescopic shock absorbers
We carry out the work in an inspection pit or on a lift
From the bottom of the car, using a 13 mm spanner, loosen the tightening of the nut of the coupling bolt of the clamp securing the control rod to the shank of the gear selector rod hinge (Fig. 1)
We remove and repair the shock absorber strut when the upper support, bearing, spring and the telescopic strut itself are worn out
