The rear suspension of the car is semi-independent, made on an elastic beam with trailing arms, coil springs and double-acting telescopic shock absorbers

Turn off the ignition and disconnect the engine control system wiring harness block from the coil

We carry out the work in an inspection pit or on a lift

From the bottom of the car, using a 13 mm spanner, loosen the tightening of the nut of the coupling bolt of the clamp securing the control rod to the shank of the gear selector rod hinge (Fig. 1)

Some drivers, trying to wear out the parking brake cable less, try to use it less often

We remove and repair the shock absorber strut when the upper support, bearing, spring and the telescopic strut itself are worn out

Remove the front wheel from the side of the tie rod end being replaced

Turn the steering wheel all the way in the direction opposite to the tip being removed
