Lada Granta repair
The wheel drive consists of two constant velocity joints (CV joints) connected to each other by a shaft. Shafts are not interchangeable
The pressure in the engine power supply system can be checked with a conventional pressure gauge (for example, from a tire pump)
The automatic transmission uses Genuine EJ-1 ATF transmission oil (supplied by JX Nippon Oiland Energy Corporation) in accordance with the current “Codifier of main and auxiliary materials used in the maintenance and repair of Lada vehicles” K 3100.25100.00018
If the master cylinder piston jams (due to corrosion, breakage of the return springs), incomplete release of the brakes on all wheels may occur
Turn off the ignition and disconnect the engine management system wiring harness block from the sensor
We remove the steering column cover to replace the ignition switch, remove the steering column, remove the instrument panel
It is more convenient to remove the rear axle on a lift.
If it is not possible to place the car on a lift, carefully lift the rear of the car by placing a jack under the beam
